Looks very wild. Can that car actually be driven all out? I'd love to scare my 21 year old with that. The one time I did such a thing was when Tesla lent me a P85 for overnight evaluation and I set up my Son to push the Insane mode button while we were pointed down a hill at a stoplight. Previously I'd said the car was governed and was slow as molasses.

No. The power FAR exceeds the available traction. I have not seen one on the track, but quite a few are raced at venues like the Moterey Historics. To me, the car is scary at 50, and I don't want to know what 100mph is like.
