Amazing. I think I saw this color at the Saratoga Vintage show...

Amazing looking coupe....and fantastic shots and composition!!
 
looks awfully light to be nacht. i was under the impression that nacht and atlantik were very close - just nacht was metallic. i dunno, i looked at some scans of the bmw colors ... and it doesn't really look like any of them to be honest. it looks somewhere between riviera, fjord and baikal.

here's an e3 in riviera - its a little lighter, but in the same vein.

I have to agree exactly with Steve...(I had a Riviera 2002 and have a Baikal CS)...there's some teal-y green in there with the blue...It IS very nice, however.
 
Looks like Nacht Blau to me. My Coupe is Nacht Blau, I have had an Atlantic Coupe and have seen/driven The Blumax. Atlantic is much darker. Nacht Blau is half way between Baikal and Atlantic.

Who's to say this is an original color? I agree - there is something green-ish in there. Almost petrol.
But then again - given the heavy photoshopping involved in post production I wouldn't be surprised if the color got tweaked a bit too.
So we might actually be looking at the original color? Who knows...
 
Being the proud owner of a Riviera Blue Bavaria, I can say ...this is not Riviera blue
 
Yah, yah, no undercarriage pictures. What are they hiding?

For all I know those pictures are computer rendered and the car does not even exist.
