Anyone in the market? 13-15K e9

Hope it wasn't Ego Biggo or some such character! Sounds like a very good find. Is Dallas as good as California for no rust??

I think it went to an enthusiast. I hope the buyer posts some information just to keep us informed, I think this would be important because the man who sold the car for the owner knew his stuff. He had tons of e21 parts and knew about the e9's although from my emails I got the feeling he felt they were allot of trouble to work on. So if an informed seller offers an e9 at a very reasonable price (as have many forum members) we could possibly learn something here; the craigslist and ebay sellers may be way out of line with their asking prices. Those of us who have done major upgrades, restorations and major "maintenance" are probably justified in believing we have 50K+ e9's but the #3 & 4 cars out there probably should be selling in the 10-18K range unless the condition is a #5 in which case... well...

Definitely not one of the bad guys in the Dallas area, there are several. Could end up on a tv show, being evaluated now, as I stated before, could be exciting or simply sold.

Hi Alan, I think that is a 2002 and it may be correct for that car but on our cars the rear seal is attached to the sunroof panel and is invisible when the sunroof is open-
