:Dhey guys!
Starting from last Monday I moved to the D.C/Virginia area for the summer for my internship, and I'm bored out of my mind. My question is, is anyone in the area (even as far as Maryland or PA) down to meet up or even have me help out with some of your car? I'm not expecting any pay of course, I just really want to learn more about the cars/how to work with them and make some new friends too. And I have WAY too much downtime right now lmao. If interested, just hit me up on this thread or through messages and we can go from there

I vouch for him. :) Haseeb is young and and inquisitive and incredibly smart. He probably can’t say where in DC/Virginia his internship is. :D

Aw that warms my heart! I'll be stopping by Seattle once or twice over the next year and I got a beer with your name on it ;)

Haseeb, I'm in VA Beach and could use some help installing e28 window motors in my coupe among many other projects if you are interested. Hit me up via PM.

Not sure if I will be there; I just changed my triple DCOEs to DCOMs and I have some sorting to do. Send me a pm if you plan to attend.[/QUOTE]

Chris,

OK I had to google DCOM vs DCOE.
Let us know if you find any performance or tuning improvements.

Hi Doug - will do. Tuning has been delayed by fuel leaks. I am learning that floats don't float when partially filled with gasoline. And when they fail to float, the needle valve allows gasoline to continue to fill the bowls well after they are full. Rather more excitement than I had anticipated.
