With a heavy heart I have the sad duty to tell you that my brother-in-coupe Ariel (AKA Arde) and Graciela, his wife, passed away.

Lucas.

de'Q, I have two brothers and two sisters. I can not imagine life without them. Your drive is the perfect tribute and a time to feel close. Your choice of B&W for the photo in your post is perfect.

So sad.

Steve

I am very sad to hear this.
Condolences to their family and friends.
May they rest in peace together.

i hope their family either assumes stewardship of their cars or finds some good people to continue Arde's legacy. i am saddened that he didn't get to see the finish line of his Lancia Zagato. this is reminiscent of an Atlanta friend + former coupe owner that passed before seeing the completion of his 2002tii and taking it to Europe for a great drive. it just tells us, don't wait - find enjoyment every time you can.

Very sad for their family & friends.

Arde's sense of humor was a consistent element here and will be missed.

Encountered his cars a few times without having a chance to visit with him personally, and was looking forward to that opportunity. Seize the day.
