Arm for sunvisors that clip into mount

I have no idea what it is called but am looking for them, any ideas?

They are like 4"/10cm half metal, half plastic.

What is the correct term?

In mine the arm was integral to a part that included the pivot, which is what usually breaks. They were available new but the arm was not identical.
