Our local chapter President asked me to consider writing about my e9 - acquisition, work done, and then focused on work I’ve scheduled (that I got advice from this forum about). I wrote something up including a shout out to this forum and the first installment was posted today. Here’s a link if anyone is interested. Cheers

Great story, can't wait for parts 2 and 3! So, what is a "Turtle patrol" anyway?
Turtle Patrol is a group of volunteers who walk the beaches May through October to record and document data on nesting, predation and hatching. We also raise awareness and funds.

Had exactly the same "a-ha" enlightenment when my step-father drove home one day with a brand new 1969 2002 (automatic.) That car changed everything for me, never looked at any Detroit again. Soon afterward I found out about the Coupe, and we all know what happens when that hits. Took me until 1999 to get one, still have it.
Nice articles...good to see the BMWCCA knows where the real enthusiasm is.
