Need help for 72 e9 auto transmission..Bavaria, 528i, 530i and maybe some others may fit, I am, unfortunately, not a wrench, and my mechanic cannot source parts...I gather from him that what we need is the speedo "sleeve" O-ring and gasket that are in the transmission, and come out when the speedo cable assembly is removed from the trans. Or the whole coupler/housing. It is evidently a plastic housing(?)...There is an external O-ring and an internal metal/rubber gasket from what he says. All are NLA according to his sources. I either need new or excellent used.
(Also an auto trans gasket set was available on the way-back machine, and I'd love to have one of those (don't have the number for that), but maybe there's one of those laying around somewhere as well..)
Info from him for shaft seal is as follows:

#24211203828 O-ring 19x1.8
#24211203826 "speedometer sleeve seal" 8x15x5
Help would be appreciated...and thoughts about using used parts would also be appreciated. Comments to do 5-speed swap ("now is the time to do it...") will be ignored...I'm trying to save a shiftless old girl for my wife and daughter to drive...a budget resto.
