hello, my car is 2800cs from 1972, but there is no place in the head liner or on the side, but there is place on the floor next to the seat to attach the base, I don't know how this 3 way belt should be installed, will you please explain if you know how

the 2800cs doesn't have the roof mount ... and that's not easy to put in order to use these belts.

BMW offered from 1973 on, the retractable belts as a retrofit for all E9 and issued the information over the dealers network on how to do it. Those belts do not attach to the roof but to the rear inner wheel well behind the armrest.

... and these cars has special cutouts with plastic slots where the belt is coming through

As it was discussed on the other thread UK cars were having metal arms with hook to keep the belt high enough.
