Hi Guys;
I had an awful week that turned out great. I was in a near death situation with a heart beat as low as 28. My Doc send me into Boston and a 3 wire Pacemaker was insertedon Friday AM.
Sat. AM I was told that two of the wires into the chambers had dislodged and I surgery would have to be done again on Monday Morning. The problem was I had 2 wires tangleing around my heart so I had to be extremely still, even though I am 73 that is hard for me to do.
I am now home and feel better than I ever have. I feel very lucky that I am still able after 17 surgeries.
I want to first say THANKS to all the fellow members who sent some very kind words.
I also want to take this time to wish all the Members and their families a Very Merry Christmas and A Happy Holiday.

Glad you are OK and feeling better.

When I was a bicycle racer in my late teens and 20s my resting heart rate was around 25-30. The lowest my future wife counted was 18 while I was sleeping.
 
2 wires came loose! Yikes..you must insist the docs stick with OEM parts Koopman, we have all learned this lesson at one time or another! lol. Best wishes, happy you are back on track! Mike
