BAD ebayer ----alert!!!danger for our money!!!

I draw your attention hoping not to make happen what happened to me with e bay!!

little more than 15 days ago on e bay I bought a blaupunkt radio console.

the vendor name ALPINA B2S is a skilled tradesman, without any scruples!

sold me a radio that according to his writings was mounted in one of his cars bmw e3!

I thought to buy a good radio and I sent him the money (more than 150 euos shipping in his bank (do not accept paypal).

I trusted this seller and their feedback.!!

however, when I received the radio I found out I was treated like a jerk!

the radio is broken in several places and will not turn on (burnt)
not only!
i have 2 buttons without thread and one is cracked!

the console is broken!

I immediately contacted ALPINA B2S chidere for explanations and to tell him that the radio was broken so to throw!

I also told him to take back and give me my money!

or if I sent a console and 2 buttons in top condition!!

or if I gave back some of the money!!

I told him that I also had pictures of the damage, but ALPINA B2S told me that I was threatening!!!
I just hope that my money lost is not to help find your way a person - so dishonest seller on ebay!!

Years ago, I was cheated by an unscrupulous buyer on ebay. I learned that when ANY complaint is forwarded to ebay, they decide in favor of the buyer. I got the sense that no humans are involved in these decisions - certainly no one read my explanation or replied to my request for a "hearing" - they just debited the seller's (e.g., my own) account and credited the buyer.

So my recommendation to giannics is simply to lodge a complaint with ebay, and wait for the refund to be credited.
