Bare metal respray - engine bay questions

Hi! It's been a long time and I almost gave up. I'm close with completing shell replacement for my coupe and at this point I need to get all the pieces that should be there painted in factory color. There's some kind of insulation here I cannot find in parts catalogus. From some photos there should be also insulation under windshield wiper mechanism (I've seen it cracked). My coupe was missing any of these due to previous restoration (I should I say cosmetic respray )

If there's anything missing I should have before my shell rolls to the painter let me know

Considered not a good idea for the area under the wiper.
Why not pretend its a CSL and then you don't need any of the pieces!
The six total other pieces are available in the states for about 200.
That is new aftermarket.

These parts WILL trap moisture and contribute to rust. I'd opt to leave it off.
