It seems once a month I had to have BaT reset the backend of my settings because I wasn't getting them either. It's good to put [email protected], [email protected] & [email protected] in your "contacts".

What they said was as soon as you mark one as SPAM or do it by accident which I think I did, it will mess up the algo and you won't receive the updates anymore. So far so good after doing that. See if that helps...
 
And didn't hit reserve at $51K. As I and others commented, a driving video which involves making circles in a parking lot isn't an appropriate presentation of any car for which you're hoping to achieve top dollar. The recent CS that sold for over $100k was clearly a nicer vehicle, but also had amazing photographs and was well-represented.
