Ya, quick flips work when you get the car for a steal.

$51k is not a steal IMHO. But you never know; this market is strong for decent coupes. Perfect ones (real nice #2s like Mike Pelly's) get $80k, so whoever buys this for $60k, can make it a good #2 for another $10k me thinks, unless there's a lot of hidden issues with it.

I have those polyurethane pucks and I cut them to fit the jack point so...I use the jack points or sometimes the front/rear crossmember. The engine rails often cave, just brakes my heart to see them all bent...which also cracks the undercoat on them and leaves a site for rust. I actually gave my local gas station one of those pucks to have when they jack up my cars for inspection.

Yessir, or one of these and shave it down to fit the jack point. Best 4 bucks spent!
