I was digging around in the bookshelf containing my collection of service manuals for cars long gone and I stumbled across the 1977 registration card for my folks' 71 Bavaria, purchased used from Weatherford BMW in Berkeley in 1975. Haven't seen it since 1978 and wondered if by chance, someone here owns it, once owned it, or knows about it. The original California plate # was 636EDI

That license isn't in the CA Smog Test History page as of 1996, the last year it would have a smog test required. Might be gone or might have gotten a newer plate prior to that.
