Don, here is my take, not very hard really:



Mileage? 16 MPG highway
Maintainance? Sure, would not last 41 years without some
AC? Nope, 12V DC
Wheels? 4 plus a spare
Why is it being sold? Dont ask dont tell
How long has seller owned it? Not good with dates, but it was a one owner at first
Clear title? It is pretty clear if you read French
