Versand nach: Deutschland, means ships to Germany only unfortunately. And like most German sellers they don't use PayPal although some do.
 
I've bought from him, he ships to USA and takes paypal. It's always helpful to ask them if they ship to USA even if it says Germany only, often times it's a default setting when they list. For international customers they often take paypal, more than they used to when it was bank draft only (a PITA). Just clarify shipping cost before bidding, sometimes it's reasonable, other times it's a deal killer.
