Blower motor replacements? Searched the site but not much

So the blower that I cleaned and tested before putting it back in took one last puff and died.

What are the recommendations on replacements?

I searched the site but did not come up with anything other than heater box restorations.

Motor on ebay at 34€, a friend of mine installed it last week without any issues

yes, they are Carrera 911 footwell motors, same for 2002's work just fine

Well jeez guys! I would have thought in the spirit of originality someone would have suggested heading to radio shack for some magnet wire and spending a lazy Sunday over tea rewinding the motor armature.. Tsk tsk. throwing parts at the problem instead of fixing stuff.. (said by a guy that tossed inthe towel on his wiper spindles nd spent too much with Tom on new ones!)
