Anyone frequenting the http://www.bmw2002faq.com/ site knows of him and likely would agree. Especially helpful via email/internet for those of us in the more remote corners of the world (North America at least).

straight up guy with great pricing and resources... Steve got me a set of lug nuts for half the dealer price and faster than any local dealer could. Actually had a dealer tell me that BMW cars never used lug nuts, argh...
