Looks like car was silver leaving the factory.
They are asking for the equivalent of $8617.21 US. More photos would be nice for that price.
Sometime is possible if someone is really interested but this car is seriously rusted.
2000cs are not very popular in Europe and difficult in selling.
Much nicer condition can be found for ~$12k - mostly from France.
Cars imported from Germany often have problems with rust and poor technical condition.
Price rules and many small shops can make them fully restored (quite often sold back to EU) or just made up for quick and easy resale.
