BMW 3.0 CSL - sold at auction - £88,000

I've just seen this golf yellow CSL sold yesterday at what looks like a decent price if a close-up inspection matches the impression given by the photos.

Looks nice. Looks to be very well bought from the photos. There was some "light commissioning" to do, but so long as that's not rust and bodywork, no issues there

Hopefully the new owner will turn up here in due course

Not sure I would have changed such a rare and amazing colour on a CSL such a Ceylon to then paint it Golf, but aside from that seemed like a decent example and a good buy.
