Has this been tested whether it can hold vacuum? I.e. put a MityVac on it and see if it holds?

I haven't tested it yet, but if I can test it in that way, maybe I'll do soon. I've sold another one a few weeks ago to UK (ebay) No problems.
If somebody buys it and there are any issues I'll take it back and send the money back, of course.
