That is a breaker in Ohio that posts the same e24's in every major city.
I happen to also be on BigCoupe and think I saw some feedback that someone had a bad experience with this seller. I just had a look for the reference on BigCoupe.com but could not find it but recall seeing something so just be sure to double check. It was some time ago and I personally recall this listing from months ago.
