BMW Specific emergency tech repair kit - what are these?

Does anyone recognise these kits?
The BMW logo on the boxes looks like they are OEM issues.

I've never seen them before. 6 cilinders, so they could be OK for an E9....
I think i see Pink Beru's. Also the left one has an awkward shaped distr. cap; no e9 but what is it?

The middle and right one then look ok-ish for an E9? middle one is smaller; small problem, larger one with oil filter and retard (?) membrame for large tech problems?

I never seen em before: are they rare or did i not look well enough before?
