I am definitely not a watch expert. But I do know that bmw would never allow this type of butchering of their trademarked logo.
The language is French but while it broadcasts “Genève” (Geneva obviously) I do not see the “Swiss Made” indication which is another red flag to me.

As for me it's cheap chinese watch, standard glass, no engraved markings, poor quality clock face/paint & arrows.
