Howdy Folks,

Not the happiest of afternoons when looking for a body shop due to an accident but I wanted to reach out and see if any of you Seattle area guys have a preferred body shop in the area. My 1995 Audi S6 Avant was hit while parked in front of my house the other day and I'd really like to have it fixed right. Someone willing to put in the time instead of just hammer and spray. Thankfully I have already located the parts I need, but the front right corner needs a little bit of hammer and dolly work where the headlamp/ corner lamp mount. Anyhow, would love to hear suggestions if any are offered!

I currently have my air dam at Bel Red auto rebuild in Bellevue getting refinished and painted. They have done previous work on one of my cars. They do a very nice job and prices are quite reasonable. There are a lot of quite nice cars in an in front of their shop so clearly they are a go to for many with collector vehicles. Ask for Dominic.

I can't believe I forgot about Bel-Red haha. I talk to them every so often through my work. I will give them a call today, thank you! I wish Queen City was still around. Bought out like so many other local mom and pop businesses. Crash Champions and whatnot.

I have heard good things about Queen City as well - and was planning on taking my 997 to them to repair the hood that got wacked by steel rod that fell off a work truck that fell off in front of me. I have had work done by Haury's before and.... was not thrilled with several things about their work. Can elaborate offline on that if you'd like. Based on my previous experience, I was not looking to have them do the work on my Porsche, so that is were Queen City came in (plus - several folks I know favor them as well).

But now looks like Queen City is no more, so.... ugh....

Good luck - never fun...

Well BelRed has been good so far. When I went by the other day to check on progress they had one of the brand-new Lamborghinis that had been damaged in shipping, so I guess if the dealers are bringing the 400k cars there they must be doing good work
