Hi All,

Bonhams have, in their FoS Sale, one of the CSL's that were collected directly from the Munich factory by UK distributors in October 1972 and driven back to the UK for sale.

The VIN in not currently in the register, 2285033.

It will be interesting to see what it sells for based on the recent strong auction results. The estimate is £100,000 - £150,000.

I checked back through some back copies of CSL News from the 1980's and 90's and it seem that this car was always given the "known for sale" status. Did anyone see it in the flesh at Goodwood? It looks very good in the pics. John.

I saw this car, photos make the car look better than it is..it has it's faults, needs abt 10/15k to make 10 out of ten..

I spoke to 5 traders, investors who were inspecting the car in the marque, their only purpose was to make a profit on it, quick flip for the right price....good luck to them
