Bought the James Taylor E9 Book

Looking at the Amazon preview, it appears like he messed up the serial number dates for US models, only going as far as 12/72, skipping 1973.

It's good read with some interesting archive photos and period advertising material. 50% is devoted to e24's. I haven't read it in full detail, preferring to dip in and out which is easy with a book such as this. Definitely worth the £25 asked here in UK. It is abundantly clear that the Neue Klasse and variants development programme pre-dated the invention of rust by about six months. John.
