Brass Expansion Tank

I was thinking about putting a brass coolant expansion tank in to replace my busted plastic one. Any downside or upside? Anyone got one?

can't think of a downside other than they seem prone to leaking after 25-35 years ;-)

And pretty rare but they look beautiful in semi-gloss black as delivered.

Upside, looks better than the plastic.
Downside,you got to open it up to check coolant.
I had both and put the brass one, it was painted a nice high gloss black..looks good. I've also seen one painted chrome color.. that one looked "cool ".
