C-pilar drain

I am trying to reroute the drains from my sun roof and c-pilar out of the rocker boxes. The sun roof is straight forward and an easy path to behind the rear wheel well. The c-pilar is tougher since the end of the drain pipe is just above the level of the wheel well and there is solid structure in the path. The only way I can see to do the job is find a 90 degree fitting for just off of the end of the drain pipe and then run the hose from the 90 to behind the rear wheel well. That will require drilling a hole in the support sheet metal between the c-pilar/rear quarter/wheel well metal. Any advice out there?

I put a new hose on the c-pillar drain and installed a fitting in the wheel well and ran it out there.

Old hose:

New hose with fitting screwed in and water sealed to rear wheel well from both sides.

I did much the same as Steve....aquarium hose....joined the old to the new for the pull back
