Can I convert an E3 rear subframe to an E9 rear subframe?

My E9 rear subframe is in very bad condition, and I have an E3 subframe…
Can I convert an E3 rear subframe to an E9 rear subframe? replacing the mount points and using the ones from the E9?

Just make a E9 rear subframe.... you can make most E9 parts !!!

Did you read the link and Paul Cain’s comments? They are very different for both mounting points.
