can you retrofit a post 10 / 73 carb fuel tank into a 72 carb car? is this the bolt from underneath version? fuel sender the same etc etc?

Thanks guys,, seems to be a huge price difference between the two?

I would think the sheet metal in trunk is very different. Early tank sits on flat metal, later tank needs flat surface underneath but I could be wrong. RealOEM shows only one part number from 68-75 for the sending unit.
