Cast Aluminum Zenith Carb Plenum

Have any of you folks seen this before? I was trying to make out the name. It looks like "VABTABINI". Either way, it doesn't look like the most efficient intake.

It's on a Polish car that's for sale for $17K USD.

They look similar to the synchronizing cups listed in tech section under Zenith Carbs but not sure.

not a synch device, where does the other end go? To a csi airbox or turbo?

It looks like a nice piece to make a syc out of....I checked out the site, I like that the model is called an "Inny" in Polish...stands for "different."

The center cap on the steering wheel is pretty cool, don't think I have seen that before. The interior isn't horrible compared to the neglect of the motor.
