fairly simple setup w/ only two doors
they are just elec. plungers that connect to the (E) door lock lever

Four years ago I installed a central locking kit, with alarm, from www.autoloc.com. The wiring to the two locking actuators were to short so I had to extend them. Instructions were bad but I managed to get it working after a while. Alarm function has lived his own life over the years and I've never understood how it works. Suddenly one door actuator stopped functioning and I was fed up. A couple of weeks ago I tore out the whole mess. The biggest problem was that it drained the battery in a short time if I did not use the car. I have now installed a new system (without alarm) from www.a1electric.com. All wiring is simple and straight forward, and their instructions are very good. They say that it is made in Switzerland and hopefully that means quality. The products are stamped with Swiss Made and they appear robust. Currently, everything looks good.
