I can't make the photos any bigger but they look like ARE wheels which were American Racing's "copy"of the BBS RS.

I am tempted to get that helpful markos to get that for me. Must not submit, must not submit.....I have 2 bav's so that would be 700'well spent. Yeah yeah, wants a thousand, I am cheap, poor, old, tired, not afraid to haggle.

Ok, us 700 = 1000 Cdn , I have 6 car projects and many others....ok, that's better...I can let this pass, but if I was in Washington with a bav, I would be sorely tempted. I love sub 1000 dollar cars.

Pardon the too much scotch beverage post..:p

Man my home projects are causing me to miss ads! This week it's a new roof for my shed.

I was wondering if this one sold. It was $1,800 for quite a while. I emailed the guy. At that price point I may bite. Sadly, it would be a parts car. I would love to have a set of 16" bbs but those don't look like any brand I recognize. I'll see if the seller responds.

It has a nardi wheel also... I think I could get what I need and break even.

The car is a bit of a disaster. The current owner bought it from the guy in the original $1,800 ad for $1,000. He hasn't registered it and lost his are parking space. The driver's frame rail is rusted through. The interior is decent, dark blue. Bardo looks authentic but needs refinishing. Valve cover is off, has a bad valve. Car has minor surface rust in various place. Originally red. Wheels are unknown brand, supposedly Japanese reps according to previous owner. Curbage on the wheels, flaking paint ant wood screws holding center caps on (hidden by large hex cap, which comes off separately.

I would have offered $800 but I don't think it's worth the tow home.
