I just bought some 1" Mylar Chrome tape and applied it onto a piece of molding and it came out like new. Good fo interior pieces such as door card trim. Anone who wants to try a piece PM me and I will send you a piece enough for both door card trim pieces. Need name and address please.

I did this on a prior 2002, it looks better than nothing but getting the ends to lay down without big wrinkles is hard to do.

Yes it does. I bought it online from Tape Jungle. Around $18 for 72 yards 1" wide. I guess 1/2" might do it but cutting it close.I will gladly send you some to try.
