If it wasn't red & an auto, I'd be all over.... I mean, I'd be kickin' the crap outta those tires. Still seems like a fair deal for all the bits but also knowing it's a rust bomb under the patina

For sub $10k, one could do worse.

If you were local (so don't have to pay for shipping) and can get it for $5k, it'd be worth if it you don't mind putting another $50k into it and 2 years restoring.
