Who can educate me: is Ebay indeed so easy so manipulate?

Just curious how Ebay works (or rather, how it seems to be completely failing) :
out of interest i pulled up the Ebay reviews. And I noticed something that made me curious: the comments left on both above ebay accounts were very similar. Looking into more detail, you even spot identical reviews, but posted by different persons. That's too unlikely to be real.

How about that as a reaction after purchasing a truck.... Weight loss due to no money for food after being ripped off?
note: I'm not accussing anyone here, just trying to understand how ebay works. Take care that perhaps the "seller" or "buyer" perhaps even got it's identity stolen/used without permission. I'm barking up the tree of Ebay here.
