Hi All

Been a member here for a while but only recently got my hands on an e9. Its a 1975 csi in need of restoration.

I will post some pics soon, away with work just now.

Been doing some homework on body repair panels, ie sills. Can anyone tell me where they have bought inner/outer sills from.

I know of a few suppliers;
-Walloth & Nesch (Germany)
-Jaymic (UK)

Any more parts suppliers?

Chris
Aberdeen (UK)

I've bought some parts from Jaymic over the past few months and they couldn't have been nicer to deal with and are in my view fair on prices.

I just bought some parts from them and from southern California on the same day - and the parts from Jaymic got here first!

Hopefully a bit at a time, i will restore it. It did come with an injection engine. I have been looking for one for years.

I realize that at age 37 I represent the younger half with our 17" wheels and crazy Ipod integrations, but this is just tasteless.

I'm referrring to the conversion to automatic, of course. Well, and all the buttons, satnav, etc.

Ah well, as I said - not for the purists! Our customer wants to drive it every day, keep it forever & pass it on to his son and what is important is that he loves it!

In the UK it is the case that when you buy an old 17th century cottage, you may want to keep the exterior as is, but you also want to install the modern technologies like central heating & double glazing & a Smeg fridge (OK I borrowed this from a tv presenter talking about the modernisation of classics)! So, we have the beauty of the original form, but the comfort of today. I know whatever I say will not appease the purists, but here is a 1976 car still on the road & it will be for many years to come (new European anti-car laws notwithstanding)!

Hi, Walloths and Jaymic for steel parts. They do the very outer rocker cover in steel but if you want ally ones like on a CSL we have them. £120 per side

Also have front and rear strut braces, carb airboxes.

Rear figlass bumper and motorsport style flip up rear spoiler with rubber lip soon
