just the two halves of a new bumper from BMW is $990 from getbmwparts.com, the mounting strips for the rubber is another 100, and the rubber is $110 ... so $1200 for the basics. you cannot get the cover trim (where the two halves meet anymore) ... the bolts from w+n is about 50 bucks. so this adds up to around 900 gbp. just like the stainless bumper, the under riders are NLA.
so if you have a good existing bumper, re-chroming it will cost at least $500 (probably more) ... and the rubber + holder will add $250 with the bolts.
