Chris--The cars in Buenos Aires use a dim city light on their expressways in the city proper. They must feel the street lights are bright enough for nighttime driving. There were a lot of cars even driving with no headlights at night and just little running lights on the front corners of the car. The Ford Falcon model from the 1960's was everywhere. They must have kept making them in Argentina.
