clam shell tool box with complete tools

Well at least this set seems to have all most tools correct; the only one I'm doubting is the small pliers, seem to missing the "HEYCO 1200" text + the handles do not have the backward curve at the ends of the handle. this one seems to be as they came with the E24; it has an even finer embossing then our E9 "HEYCO 1200" versions.

Seller does state: "What you see is what you will get everything pictured (obviously not the broken tool tray )" Tool tray itself isn't part of the deal; it isn't very desirable anyway:

This listing is really confusing. I think it includes a new tool tray with the original(ish) tools. I don't know why so many pictures of a broken tool tray though. The seller mentions before and after pictures, but it's kind of hard to tell any difference (other than the tool trays).
 
The seller has had listings on eBay for new clamshell boxes with or without tools for quite some time. He must have bought up a bunch of clamshell boxes when they became available for a short time. I bought a set from him...

No feeler gauges or red handle screwdrivers and some of the other tools would be wrong for the purists. Works for an E3. owner, however. ;)

All his ads have "make offer" in addition to the asking price. I made a low ball offer after it sat on eBay for several weeks and it was accepted.

He shipped quickly after payment in an original clamshell tool box box complete with the BMW part number.
