If you can find one unbroken it will soon be broken due to brittleness. After my original one met an untimely end from a wine bottle going through it when I shut the trunk, I bought the new one and they are very sturdy. So sturdy I now keep the tools in there full time. Plus, they did a limited run of these so who know if they will ever make more.

Thanks , how bout a decent used one ?

I restored the one that came with my car. Spent hours with JB Weld, sanding painting, looked beautiful. One day at a car show, I had the tools in it for display (I always store them in a tool roll) and I was asked to lower the trunk and hood for pictures. When a I shut the trunk I heard a loud crash as the lid broke and all the tools spilled out...

I would also go for the new one. I bought a refurbished one from Coupe King and it also broke after a short time with the tolls in it.

Store the tools in a tool roll and use the clamshell for display only
