Classic Expo Salzburg 2026

As for the last couple of years we went again this weekend to lovely Salzburg to attend the classic expo. This year had less Porsches and more Ferraris on display. Also a lot more BMWs were offered for sale or for live auction. No E9, but several E24, a E21, some very old and some later models. Here is a selection of what was displayed.

Damned, just have been in Salzburg a week ago during hiking vacation in the Berchtesgadener Land. I would have traded in the fountains of Hellbrunn for this event

we also visited Hangar-7 at the airport, which is a private museum operated by Red Bull, who have their headquarters close by. Nice to visit when you're in the area.

the lovely fall weather made for a nice cruise (around 650 km in total across two days) - enjoying the scenic lakes in Austria (on a side note - these are two different lakes on the pictures, on our trip we did pass a total of five)
