Connection on inlet

There is an electric connection under the inlet manifold. (INAT carbs) What is that and how does it fit in the electrical system?

Thanks but no. The shut-off valve sits on the foot of the carb/ pehr

Got it! I was confused and thinking carburetor inlet.
