Guys, many, many thanks! This is really helpful. Really appreciate the critical points to consider. It's too easy for me to think less of it, from a distance, and minimize the later investment. I'm not looking for a concours car, just something that doesn't have costly surprises later.
I've done my share of Porsche mechanical repairs/rebuilds, some minor body stuff, so I know what to look for there. Just not familiar here.
Thanks again, think I'll keep my eyes open for a local one.
