Selling my 1967 BMW 2000cs. 4spd manual, no sunroof. Selling my 1967 BMW 2000cs. 4spd manual, no sunroof. Great Restoration Candidate. Will need metal repair on floor pans and trunk, although very straight, original, and honest. Seats just sitting in car, not bolted in. Headlights, Seats, Taillights, Grills, Trunk Carpet, Trim, Euro Lamps, Door Cards, included. Front Bumper included, looking for the rear, no airbox.

It's good to know that the car is "honest" - I really hate dishonest cars, you know, the ones that take the change out of your pockets and hide it under the mats.

I spotted this one but didnt think it was worth posting. Not much love for the 2000cs here, especially rusty ones.

On a side note, I like the nose without the glass covers...

2000cs is superior to the more common 2800 and 3.0 IMO

Just curious if you could expound on that. Hope it's not too off-topic.

Sure. IMO = in my opinion. 2000cs are earlier, they're more rare. Harder to find and harder to source parts for. I would also value a 3200cs over a 2000cs.

Basic knowledge when you value antiques.

Total POS

7 grand for that?

Maybe 700.

People are getting ridiculous in their valuations of parts cars. There is no way one could restore this car and have it make any kind of economic sense.

That will make a very sweet ride. Price drop.

Yes, wish i had the finances and means. Still working on my patina queen VW project. This coupe is actually quite solid and straight. Moisture must have sat in trunk and collected for some time. and floors need new metal, but i wouldnt be scared to hop in and run it with some dual side drafts otherwise. no sunroof, and crank windows too
