CS in Michigan

$11,600 max for what appears to be a really nice original coupe, a "solid survivor" no less. Why was there no serious interest in this car?
 
I seriously considered this car but walked away when I bought the '73 CS from New Mexico recently on this site. The seller's agent, Bob Schnider, was easy to work with and posted underside photos at my request. You can see those at grandsport-michigan.com. I am not an expert, but someone who is, thought the underside looked pretty good, especially for a car that has spent years in the upper midwest. The car at looked good enough to at least justify a third party inspection. The speakers in the doors and later model steering wheel are a little jarring.
