regarding wheel arch trim and 16" Alpinas on front

A word of caution re shortening springs or installing other than stock lengths--

with wheel arch trim in place it is not feasible to "roll the fender arches"--and YOU WILL MOST LIKELY INFLICT DAMAGE TO TIRES/TYRES and FENDERS IF YOU GO THE ROUTE of 16" ALPINAS + SHORT SPRINGS & WHEEL ARCH TRIM!!!
 
Doubled in price in 3 years !!

I bid for this car at a classic car auction 3ish years ago and description is right, the car is in very good condition with a thick photographic history file.

I was looking for a CSL at the time and attended Barons auction with my pockets stuffed with as much cash as I could muster. In the end I dropped out with the car being eventually sold for (as far as I can remember) £12750 + sales commission.

£25,000 eh !
