CSL Group 2 Tribute

A Group 2 "Tribute" car if I understand correctly, built from a 2800CS shell, for sale on racecars-direct:

I wonder if the price is adequate considering it a tribute car / replica?

It is quicker, cheaper and easier to make a "race car" like this than to restore a standard E9 to original condition.
